My plan is to eventually make a rechargeable version with more common parts. 

If you saw my YouTube video (embedded in this post), that was V1. 

Version 2 has better ventilation and a few other minor tweaks. 

IMPORTANT: TECHNICAL/ASSEMBLY DRAWINGS ARE INCLUDED

For the fan blades (there are two files): Type A has a small difference to Type B. Type A has a layer with some smaller bridges in order to radially bridge from the center before putting down an entire bridged layer. The goal with this was to print the part with no supports. The Type B file is more likely to require supports. (Print with shaft hole facing print bed)

I'm working on getting the parts uploaded in the proper orientation but for now, use your best judgement. Most parts are modeled to use very limited supports.

Relevant Print Settings: 

• Layer Height: 0.2mm mostly, for smaller parts use 0.1mm
• Ironing can be enabled for better surface finish. 
• Material: PETG or ABS
• Nozzle: 0.4mm to 0.6mm MAX
