Ergo Bit Tool - Super Grip! (Updated Version)

This is a ergonomic bit holder with a nice textured handle! Try it! You will love it!

Print is done quick and easy…

PS: Push both parts together. It will be rather hard, but this is to make it really fit. After this, turn it a few times and it will work smooth. Also: The tool was designed to hold the bit rather tight - it will get worn out when you use it a couple times. Use pliers or a thin nail (opening on the top) to get the bit out.

Recommended print settings

• I recommend to use PLA
• Nozzle: 0.4
• Layers: 0.2
• Infill: 100%
• Supports: Use Supports only for Part 1 
• Top fill pattern: Concentric
• Bottom fill pattern: Concentric
• External perimeters first (important for accuracy)

Please mind, every filament has a slightly different behavior and every bit varies in size slightly too. So if it doesn’t work in the first run with your filament/bit, please try again by changing the size of the print a little bit (e.g. scale it to 101% or even 102%).
