Steam Controller - Battery Latch Tension Holder

Update - Added a V2 that has a better, less wibbly connection piece between the two pegs, done with two cuts and a boolean rather than trying to loft it between the faces (FreeCAD didn't like the lofts very much). 
Also uploaded the FreeCAD document so changes can be made if need be.
