Ender 3 v2 Pen Plotter addon

This pen plotter addon to the Creality Ender 3 v2 consists of a bracket that bolts onto the existing M3 threaded holes on the hot end bracket for mounting the BLtouch sensor and a pen holder that uses a 3d printed M6 screw to hold the pen and requires 3 x 608 bearings that act to guide the pen holder on the bracket and provides some weight to keep pressure on the pen tip.

The plotter supports a pen diameter of up to 12.5mm.

The offset from the nozzle is roughly 45mm in the X and 30mm in the Y.

The bracket that bolts onto the hotend plate is light and can be left on when not used for plotting.

I've used LaserWeb with some success to generate plot gcodes from svg files but there are plenty of CAM packages out there that could do the same.

The parts were designed in the brilliant open source FreeCAD. I've been refining the models and testing the Linkstage 3 branch, once the models are finalized, I'll upload the source CAD files as well.

Two dimensions on the model may be tricky. The bearings press fit onto the pen holder and the bearing grooves on the bracket require just enough clearance to slide freely but not rattle. I've tweaked it to suit my printer but it may not work as well on yours. If you're having trouble, feel free to message me and I'll see if I can help.

A plated stl with all the components in the best printing orientation is also provided. PLA is fine for the part but other filaments should work as well. It's best to add extra outer perimeters and to print with 20%+ infill, you want the model to be pretty stiff.
