As I am creating my personal Homebrew Pinball machine I have made a bunch of jigs. I have found other peoples jigs, but they didn't work for me specifically. I bought a cheap hand router off Amazon and a nice 3/16" bit (will link below).
I created the offset (4.4mm) in Onshape and the plates in Builder. I am also a potato and didn't think to make all the plates the same thickness (rookie move). There is a custom plate for a 2 sided scoop like AFM and then big and small stand up targets. There is arrow, square, rectangle, triangle, and a Bally 4 bank drop target. The odd ball triangles were for my slings, they didn't work.
For the actual router collar, print it out of PETG or the friction heat will melt the PLA/PLA+.
I printed all the plates and inserts out of PLA+ and have had no issue.
Also, get yourself some forstner bits for easy holes. Added a photo of useful sizes.
