These parts include a toolless tensioner knob for the main body bar; options for various barrel lengths with the different muzzles; and aesthetic parts including a shroud, handguard, and thumbhole stock.

Extra hardware vs a standard 2.1 lynx:

Shroud - 4 m3x4 screws and 4 nuts

Buttplate - 2 m3x8 screws and 2 nuts

Handguard - 2 m3x6 screws

Thumbhole - 3 m3x12 screws, 1 m3 nut, and 2 6mm long m3 heat set inserts (4.2mm OD, different from Voron ones)

Tensioner - hex head 1\" \u00bc-20 screw to replace the regular SHCS one (only if you don't use the adapter plug for the standard screw from Remnant)

1 6x7mm spring ball plunger for the pump detent

-016 o-ring for collet

fishing line for scar

1 rival ball for PKI stock

(I recommend getting one of the m3 screw kits with a variety of lengths if you don't have one already, since I forgor and added so many different sizes)

Print Settings

STLs are exported in recommended print orientation, except thumbhole*

All parts were printed in 5 walls/15% gyroid (for 0.4 nozzle) or 3 walls/20% gyroid (for 0.6 nozzle), but whatever you normally use should be fine.

Needs supports: thumbhole, pki tensioner buttplate, top of the circular hole in the front of the topshroud (recommended but not necessary)

*Orient thumbhole when printing so the top of the print is the side your hand rests on, this ensures the side touching your wrist has a smoother curve. Default is set up for right handed users. Also needs to be printed with inner/outer wall order because of the steep slope on the fillet.

Notes

The bottom part of the shroud prevents spring swaps without removing the pump grip.

Handguard fits very tightly in the receiver/grip, may need sanding if your prints have poor tolerances.

The two versions of the stock are for color separation, supposed to be matched with a color split on the magwell that matches the z-level of the thumbhole. The two pieces of the split version can be glued together. The split on the magwell in the F3D is just for colors in Fusion and should be printed as one piece

The \u00bd\" plunger spacer is if you have the newer SFI hardware kits that have the plastic \u00bd\" tubing for the plunger guide instead of .527 barrel.

WIP: untested pcar muzzle using the whiskerscar 2.0 for short (30 and maybe 35cm later) barrels, will also try a ported version to see if that helps reduce fps loss from the faux barrel (stl is upside down)(it's not in the cad files because my fusion save file corrupted).

Update: Fixed position of thumb mag release in model, and further increased tolerance on the thumbhole for it. Also uploaded the stls for the thumbhole and all the handguards because I think I forgor.

List of all components and modifications:

Standard Lynx 2.1 parts:

added space for detent on pump and shroud
cut down front and bottom of shroud to fit the ESTD shroud and gave it diagonal slots to match the outer shroud
lengthened magwell and added tab to connect to thumbhole
grip has mounting points for the thumbhole added (technically did it on the ESTD grip that has the hole for mounting the handguard but it's essentially the same thing)
angle of the back of the rail on the receiver print is slightly shallower
modified plunger spacer that is thinner to fit in \u00bd\" plunger guides (like those from SFI hardware kits)
Lynx 2.0 buttplate at the back is modified with screw holes to mount it to the tensioner buttplate, and the original screw holes are punched through for access to the #6 screws that hold the buttplate on.
Any parts not mentioned are from the standard parts list.

EnderSavesTheDay Lynx Parts:

\u201cheavy\u201d shroud
- cut down sides to reduce width
- made front pointy to look more kewl
- widened center hole of topshroud to fit Remnant scar
- added diagonal slots for drip
- removed holes for barrel thumbscrews as they aren't necessary with the mounting system at the front
- adjusted angles of shroud bottom to make it sleeker
- filled in the hole for the handguard at the back of the shroud
- adjusted position of the trapezoids that the screws sit in
- added a slight counterbore to allow the shroud screws to sit a bit deeper and not stick out as much
handguard changes:
- tightened tolerances on mounting points of handguard skeleton to fit more tightly
- skeleton is also flattened off at the bottom instead of a 90-degree angle
- added screw holes to skeleton
- new handguard is modeled from scratch, but fits onto the same skeleton

PKI Lynx Remix

Regular \u201cSpacer\u201d print
\u201cStock\u201d has extra filler piece to match the extended magwell
- alternate version is split for color separation
Modified toolless tensioner buttplate with a separate Lynx 2.0 buttplate at the back for some extra color

Remnant Lynx Remix

uses the reduced takeup sear
uses the tensioner knob with more teeth
scar is extended slightly to fit the shroud and match the aesthetics

Redcowl collet

mashed together with Remnant scar to make a collet barrel mounting piece that can slot in the front
