Made it for shiggles because I realized it would be really easy to pull off with the way the blaster is designed. Has approximately ~124mm of draw, about double that of stock. Assembly remains the same as the normal version of the blaster, just with corresponding parts substituted in.

Print changes

Slidefront, slideback left/right, trigger, framefront, plunger, trigger, muzzle

Hardware changes

2x Danpistol bars → 2x C4 Caliburn bars (if you are cutting hardware yourself, you can drill the one untapped hole at the end for 3/16" instead to make it fit the pins better)

3.0625" plunger tube → 5.5" Minx length plunger tube (standard 1.5" OD 1.375" ID tubing)

2x ¼" 6/32 screws → 4x ¼" 10/32 screw w/ lock washer (the screws that mount to the bars, you probably have 300 of them left over if you ever bought a hardware kit from slug)

5.5" 8/32 threaded rod → 6" or 6.5" (depending on whether you use the airbrake deleted or standard version of the plunger head, respectively)

2" plunger guide tube → 4.5" (can use a random chunk of 5/8" or 16mm od barrel)

Minimum barrel length is now 30 cm/12 inches, but I recommend something a little longer to have space to mount a muzzle device.

Optional: Adhesive shock pad, I used this as padding instead of the airbrake.

All other hardware remains the same as the regular Danpistol.

Alternate prints

An alternate catch3 with a springrest sized for K25 diameter springs.

A version of the plungerhead that removes the extension for the airbrake, since it never really worked right for me anyway. Also uses a shorter piece of threaded rod so I could use a precut 6" one from the hardware store.

A version of the frameback that says “Dandcannon” instead of Danspistol, this change is purely aesthetic.

There's a stupid looking extended muzzle with picatinny on the sides if you want that for whatever reason.

I also made variants of the T-pull that hold the flatbars in at the back with 4-40 screws instead of the pin, as the C4 bars are sized for those. I left them in as an option, but I don't recommend them as the regular pin works just fine.

Notes

I have only tested this with a full piece of K-25f, am not sure if or how well it works with other spring options like 788. If your prime is very tough and you have scratch marks in the channels under the bars, try filing or sanding the tips of the bar screws a bit. It also still needs some more testing: I have already noted some cracking on the frame halves which appears to be a problem with the standard Danspistol, but it has not caused issues yet. Looking into bearings to make the prime smoother. The four alternate parts are also backwards compatible with the standard Danspistol if you wish to install them there.

Differences of the remix compared to the original

(Original files are not released on the website, check the Orion Blasters Discord or the temporary OOD link) Reworked a few parts to lengthen it and accomodate the modified hardware.
