Wheels turned easily just off the print bed. I printed this from glow-in-the-dark filament and my son loves it. Thanks for the design!
Worked good for me on a Prusa i3 MK3S/S+ printer with 0.2 speed PLA setting in Prusa slicer. No supports except brim. Scaled up 150%. Wheels turned well after breaking them free. Toddler loved it and hasn't managed to break it yet.

smaller, than expected! But a great print. Wheels turn without problem. I don't think it needs much downscaling though
Pretty good PIP model, with great working tolerance for my untuned printer.
Printed with PETG , 0.6 mm nozzle, o.3 mm layer height. I wish I would have scaled this for a bigger size, but this works great ! Took about 40 minutes to print
Turned out great for my 2 year old. Wheels spin freely.
Left everything standard settings wise this is scaled up to 150%
