My old design so it's kinda goofy 

the buttpad is glued on but i added a screw to align it 

hardware:

1 m3 x >20mm screw or similar

1 m3 x 8mm socket head for the buttpad (optional)

1 ~8mm od /~5mm id x ~15mm spring
