Ratrig Vcore 4.0 x axis gantry assembly stand

While changing the x axis gantry to titanium and adding the second toolhead for idex, I thought it might be more efficient to build the ganty and toolheads on a bench instead of in the printer.  It is much easier to build this way so I am sharing.  You need to add some M3 heatset inserts to the top and then screw down the gantry using the standard hardware.
