Simply print this part on it's side (the uploaded orientation). I have tested it with 20% gyroid infill on the “upper” part and 100% infill on the teeth at the bottom. Test material was PLA. That has worked very well. Of course a big and heavy door will leave some minor dents in the upper surface of the wedge, but the wedge will not be squeezed and destroyed.
So far I have not had troubles with PLA due to UV exposure in outdoor usage. But PETG would of course be a more durable choice. On the other hand PETG is not as hard as PLA, so the teeth might wear out a bit quicker.
