Rugged Box (Parametric) Single Latch Two Hinges

A spin on Whity's remixed rugged box, that has two latches and two hinges. 
This remix has one centered latch, but still has two hinges. 

The parameters all work the same, except HingeLatchOffset is now renamed to HingeOffset because the latch is always centered.
