to get tension for holding bags close lever the  inner side over the outer

1. first put it in hot water (40-50°C) to soften
2. then sliding a stick in the slit at one side
3. lever (rotate) the inner lip over the outer by widen it
4. slide the stick along the slit until the inner lip clips over the outer lip over the full lenght

use

• Close - fold your bag and slide the fold through the slit. 
• Open - just pull it away (axial sliding require less force).
