Hammer Dauntless Parts

Just sharing some parts from my hammer action Nerf Dauntless mod, in case anyone else wants to attempt to make one. I made a custom plunger head as well as some parts for a ramrod to load short darts.

The plunger head should be printed at high infill for strength, and maybe consider using PETG for it, I did mine in PLA and it seems fine though. You'll have to add an M2x20 screw to pivot it on the hammer arm. I don't have exact measurements for how much you need to cut off the hammer arm, just shorten it til it works I guess. I also recommend gluing some padding on the front of the plunger head, I used a piece of felt. (Also yes, the plunger head pivot is off center on purpose, stops the plunger head from tilting up too much when it's primed)

For the ramrod I used a zinc plated steel ¼" x 3" cotterless hitch pin. steel is important because it's retained using a 5mm magnet.

I won't be doing a full build guide but the process is basically just cut away the shell of the dauntless until the Sweet Revenge hammer assembly fits inside. (You'll probably need to trim some material off of the hammer assembly too)
