This is how it works:
Numerous modifications have been made to achieve a higher chance of a rolled Six.
First, the side opposite the Six (One) is fully filled and therefore heavier than the other side.
Second, the edges on the One side are slightly rounder than on all other sides.
Third, the side with the One is the largest in area. So the cube is slightly conical.
Fourth, all sides except the One side are slightly curved.
Look at the pictures to fully understand.
When creating the dice, i took care to make all these modifications only very discreetly, so that it would not be obvious at first glance that this is a loaded dice.
However, it must be clear that not every roll is a Six. THERE IS JUST A SLIGHTLY HIGHER CHANCE OF ROLLING A SIX!!!
The right rolling technique also plays a role. Give the dice the opportunity to move when you roll it.
What to expect:
You should get about 3x a Six in ten rolls.
*** At last: Dont cheat!! This is just for fun and personal use! ***
Printer Settings:
Best with PLA
0,1 Layer height (Quality setting)
100% Infill (Absolutely necessary)
No supports (Absolutely necessary - Dont worry the mess printing the first layer of the „roof“. It gets good at the third or fourth layer.
Post Print:
Paint the Dots. It looks better and makes it harder to see the modifications.
If you like you can smoothen the edges especially on the One side with a lighter so its even more easy for the dice rolling on the One Side.
