Crusader Shield for Dummy 13 Knight

Remixed the shield from kh4rj0 to add rivets and a cross.  This file is at 200% for the Dummy 13 Knight armor by Martin_44601.  I don't know if it will scale down well to 100% for the standard version.  You do need to glue the handle into the back of the shield when you print it.  I painted the shield in Orca before printing to get the two colors.
