Nepetalactone(Catnip) Keychain

Simple molecular structure of nepetalactone, an essential oil found in catnip. 

The model is roughly 30mm wide.

In the Fusion 360 file, you can change dimensions and thickness, etc., by changing the parameters.

Fun Facts!:

• Nepelactone belongs to a group of compounds called terpenes. Another terpenoid is limonene, an aromatic compound found in the rind of lemons that is responsible for some of the lemony odour, and it's also antibacterial!
• Iridodial (a compound also found in catnip) has been found to attract lacewings that eat aphids and mites; this, paired with nepetalactone's insect repellence, helps protect the catnip plant from pests.
