18650 Battery Modular Bracket

A compact, modular Bracket for DIY 18650 battery packs. Brackets easily click together, but hold firmly.

If your battery is slightly thicker than usual, a bracket might crack while pushing the battery in. In that case just scale the model up by a few percent and retry.

Dimensions

• 20 x 20 x 9 mm (8 mm + 1 mm pins that protect the connecting wires)
• Inner hole: 18.6 mm (entrance) - 18.3mm (top)

CAUTION

• 18650 batteries can be dangerous as they pack a lot of energy! Do not experiment unless you are experienced and fully understand what you are doing, as improper handling can result in serious injuries and violent fires.
• Avoid purchasing cheap batteries from sources like AliExpress, Temu, or similar! These batteries are often faulty, dead on arrival, and almost always have an actual capacity far lower than advertised. Additionally, getting a full refund is rarely possible. Instead, opt for a trusted local electronics shop where batteries may cost more, but you can be confident in their quality, and easily claim warranty for faulty ones.
