Torx is a wonderful standard, better than just about any of the others out there, and lends itself well to being used in printed parts. I often use them and will have to dig up my previous parts to see the dimensions that worked in the past. This is a clunky approach, so I drew up the 5 most common sizes that I use and adjusted test prints until I had a good interface with all of them.

I left out T27 because we don't really need something between T25 and T30. If you disagree, you can make your own. I haven't tried to make a T8 because that's getting below what you can expect to print reliably with a 0.4mm nozzle. I could see wanting a T40 or possibly larger but FDM printed parts aren't going to be able to handle the extra torque that would make you want the larger sizes.

I've included the F3D file for Fusion360 users. For users of other parametric CAD packages, use the sketch screenshots as a reference. There's a major and minor diameter, and then the minor lobe diameter. The major lobe diameter is driven by those arcs being tangent to the minor lobe and the major diameter. One sixth of the socket is modeled, and a circular pattern is then used to generate the other five.

If you don't know what I just said, this part might not be for you.

I've also included a STEP file and an STL although I don't think this part itself has much value for printing other than checking the accuracy of your printer and Torx bits.

Note on the color coding of the sample part: I color code my tools for quick identification, so I color coded the raised text with the appropriate paint pen for that size.
