Printed on i3MK3S+ with PETG, no supports. 0.4 nozzle at 0.2 layer height, 4 walls and 20% triangle infill on 0.20mm quality setting.

Solidworks file is attached for modifications from the main sketch. 

The 24-degree overhang printed like a charm with no supports.
