I needed under desk drawers, and wanted drawers that were significantly deeper than many available on printables, so I created these.
These Gridfinity drawers print in 4 pieces, have wedges to lock the tops together, use m3 screws to hold the bottoms together, and have rails that screw into the underside of your desk.
There are two drawer pieces in different sizes:
There are other needed elements:
Drawers, Rails and Pegs designed to be printed without supports, and fit on a Prusa Mk4s print bed.
The handle does need supports on the split clip. Prusa tree supports on that single underside face works a treat…
m3 screws&nuts are needed for screwing the bases together.
Mine were printed with the 0.20mm structured profile in Prusament PETG (Galaxy Black & Orange). The grey ones were printed in Overture space grey PETG.
If there is interest, I will share the Fusion360 file for all this…
🎩 Hat tip to @Neizo_195722 for https://www.printables.com/model/405181-under-table-drawer-no-support, I was inspired by the way @Neizo designed their rail shape!
The author remixed this model.
Basic Gridfinity grid built using Lev Mishin's Fusion360 plugin to generate GF plates. I have then added design to convert the grids into drawers that are printable in 4x pieces, and built connectors, rails and handles for the drawers to allow them to be mounted under a desk.
