QuinLED-Dig-Octa + MeanWell LRS-200 to wall mount (Parametric - Fusion 360)

I wanted a good easily printable in one go mount for attaching the Dig-Octa system (power+brain) to a MeanWell Power Supply and have that whole lot mounted to the wall/shelf. It also needed to have the Wifi Antenna mounted on it just encase I needed it (which I currently do on one in a cupboard).

All the ones out there. were either not well designed, in multiple parts requiring bolts to put them back together (I mean why bother if you can just make it out of wood! I got a printer to fire and forget! LOL), didn't have an Antenna mount, didn't leave ventilation on the PSU or all of the above.

This should tick all the boxes. You print it without supports on it's bum on the bed so it's easy. As it's all one part, the only screws/bolts you need are the ones to attach it to the other parts (I did consider slide in for them with clips but you can't attach it to the wall without so maybe later!

It uses:

• M3 bolts to mount the Board
• M4 bolts to mount the PSU
• 4mm diameter countersunk screws to mount it to the wall etc…

Print Settings:

Nozzle: 0.4 mm
Layer height: 0.2 mm
Perimeters: 3
Infill: Gyroid @ 15%
Supports: None
Filament: PETG

Parametric:

I've included my full Fusion 360 project as well so you can update all the params and change any of the bolt sizes etc… Due to the complex shape and fairly fixed positioning I've not got much more in the params but as you have the full project you can update it yourself if you need to move stuff around. 🙃

FYI: Pics are of my first print. I realised the screw holes for the front wall attachments fell behind the PSU bolts so were a pain to put on. The files are with the extended feet to bring the bolt holes out of the way. Also added a countersink to those holes as all my screws are
