I making mouting ecosystem for 3ms mmu project. I have Ratrig V-core 3.1 printer with enclosure 2.0.
Over time I will show you how it is mounted on my printer. The 30x30 profile to which everything is mounted will be screwed to the outside of the printer enclosure. The filament hub is mounted inside the printer. There are 4 Teflon tubes running from the hub to the second hub at the main extruder. The second hub is borrowed from another project. It will be a solution similar to Bambu A1 ams . A short way to retract the filament to change the color.
This project is beata testing now. Some of pieces will be changed.

Assemble instruction:
You need:
m6 bolts and m6 Tnuts for 30x30 profile - sizes and quantity will be actualizing
1x 500mm 30x30 Tslot profile with side caps (optional)
4x bmg extruders or clones (will be another cheaper ones)
teflon tube Id 3mm OD 4mm - Don't now how long pieces for now
1x some of controller. I have BTT SKR 1.3
8x m3 4mm long inserts
4x m3 bolts with nuts for skr cover fan mount
1 x 40x04x10 fan 12v or 24v depending on the controller.
4x nema 17 steppers.
4x WS2812B RGB Neopixel Diodes
2x 1,5x9,5 cap head screw fo diodes_mouting cover and
2x m3 head screw diodes mouting to the extruder mount. Height of screws not yet verify.
Print instruction:
Print parts from ABS or PET-G (not tested). Motor mounts will be hot from motors also filament hub im my case is inside the enclosure.
rollers, spool holders: layer height 0.24, 4walls, 25% infill 3d honeycomb
motor mounts, filament hub: layer height 0.2, 3 walls, 35% infill honeycomb
Skr 1.3 cover: 0.2 layer height, 25% infill, 3 walls
UPDATE:
Adding WS2812B Neopixel RGB diodes mouting for indicating gate status. Cover is mouting on top of BMG extruder. Scrues pass true the exruder and connecting motor.
Print instructions:
ABS, PET-G or PLA 0.2 layer height, 25% infill
Main cover is oriented upside down for print with support. Cover is oriented flat side to the build plate.
02.01.2025 - SKR_cover - changing profile mounting legs lenght +5mm. Now no collision with motors. Adding assembling fotos.
