I designed this part while building the SICCO Filament Heater/Dryer DIY Project for my Prusa XL 5 Head printer. The project calls for 30x30 aluminum extrusions (black) and requires 3 way corner cubes, which are usually silver, and need to be painted to match. I decided it would look better with black TPU flex covers. There are four used in the SICCO project, so there are four in the print set. I used my Mk4S to do the printing (the XL is partially disassembled for this project), and Overture TPU filament. The filament worked best with 230 degree hot end, and 50 degree bed. I reduced the print speeds to 50 mm/s or less to facilitate better results with the TPU. There was minor stringing between the cylindrical access hole plugs, but still very tolerable.
