When I found phi.gl's self-levelling cup holder for a stroller, I was fascinated. Sadly, the diameter of the bracket didn't fit our Roan stroller handle, because the handle is a little too fat for it. So i remixed the bracket with larger diameter. Then my wife hated the design because it was very difficult to adjust on the go (screwdriver necessary), so I remixed it again and added a large hole for a 3D-printed bolt and nut you can do and undo by hand.
For nuts and bolts I experimented and failed spectacularly, so I used Knurling bolt and nut by akira3dp0 on Thingiverse - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1460364 - used the 60 mm and two nuts for extra security. The bolt and nuts had to be sized down to 80 % to fit the hole in my design. The bolt need high infill (over 50 %) or it snaps when you tighten it.
The rest of the bracket: PETG, 0.2mm layer, min. 30 % infill.
The author remixed this model.
Changed the diameter of the bracket to fit the Roan stroller handle. Also fitted it with holes suitable for 3D screws.
I used these: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1460364 and printed them ad sized them down to 80 % in X and Y. Used one bolt (60 mm, but you could get away with shorter) and two nuts on top of each other for additional security. The bolt needs to be printed with high infill, so it doesn't snap.
