Quick and easy print - perfect fit fingers which have to play with something all day long...
\n Both parts take a neodym magnet, each diameter 5 by 3mm.
\n Put them in with opposite polarity. Lower part has a hole in the bottom to push the magnet out again if you get it wrong in the first place.

The two parts go together with a 90\u00b0 bayonet.
\n Tolerances are choosen to hold the magnets with friction fit and to have easy movement between the parts.
\n For me I take the parts off the printer and they go together without post processing.

Print upper part with supports touching build plate.
\n Lower part has max 45\u00b0 overhang and needs no support.
