Baffle for Daylight Remix on a Stick (Alchemy3D)

The ‘Daylight on a Stick’ (type ‘extra’) sold by https://www.alchemy3d.de has a different distance between the LEDs than the original ‘Daylight on a Stick’. This model is a remix of the baffle from https://github.com/AdamV3D/V3D-Voron-Mods/tree/main/Daylight_on_a_Stick/Mounts/V2.4/V2 with accordingly changed LED distance.

The three different sizes have different distances between the LEDs, so pick the right baffle for your Daylight Stick.

Print one baffle per LED. For mounting simply slide them over the Daylight stick.

The distance between the LEDs is not a multiple of the usual layer heights (0.1 and 0.2 mm), so the baffles can't be printed in the perfect length. Their size was reduced to the next multiple of 0.2 mm.

If the baffles are too tight or too lose, there are multiple ways to fix this:

• adapt extrusion multiplier,
• scale them in X/Y,
• use countour compensation.

Perferably try with one first instead of printing all at once.

Changed size to match the different LED distance.
