HackRF Portapack H4M Rotary Encoder Dial Upgrade

Encoder dial in Portapack H4M is far from perfect. This little add-on improves scrolling experience a lot. It is slimmer that the wheel made by @Farlei and does not restrict access to directional buttons as much.

I printed mine on Creality K1 in PET-G with 0.12mm layer height and 0.4 nozzle. Used blue masking tape over PEI sheet because this part is very small and sometimes removing it from bed is a nightmare. For mounting a double sided tape seems to be a good option.
