Lucky you that I'm on maker holidays ;)
I can only make a guess to which radius the hose you have bends well. But, I made a version with a diameter of 12mm and a radius of 40mm.

The print turned out perfect with no issues, using ELEGOO Rapid PETG.
I used the 17mm file at 180 degrees.
The only minor issue is that the radius is a bit tight. It would be great to have a few radius options for better flexibility.
#EDIT: With the help of the excellent Onshape file, I was able to adjust the dimensions to perfection.
