Modular Wine Rack

This design is inspired by the GustaVino wine rack that you can read more about at http://www.gustavino.co.uk/.

After having purchased this design, I was not satisfied with a number of elements:

• The print quality was poor due to the need for supports along the entire surface
• Print density was low due to the supports taking up room on the bed
• The original design has many different geometries throughout its faces which made slight print defects more noticeable
• There were no partial segments provided which prevents you from caging in every bottle, and limits overall strength

With these issues in mind, I created my own version of this rack. It can hold bottles up to a diameter of 90mm or 3.5"

Print Settings

• Nozzle Size: 0.4mm
• Material: PETG, PLA, ABS
• Layer Height: 0.30mm
• Infill: 20%
• Supports: On build plate only, and only under the two tenons

Start with the Full Segment, and once you have completed your layout, optionally print one-third and two-thirds pieces to complete the frame.

Assembly

Pieces should fit together snugly without the need for glue.
