Rear skirts:
Requires 4x M4x8 socket head screws and 4x M4 T nuts to mount to extrusions.
Use auto supports for the cantilevered bit, avoid ABS/ASA as it may warp at that section.
Side skirts:
Requires 12x M3x8 socket head screws and 12x M3 T nuts to mount to extrusions.
To create the hexagonal pattern, use the Skirtmod.stl file to create a modifier in Orcaslicer (in the recessed section) using the following settings:
Sparse infill line width: 0.42mm
Top shell layers: 0
Bottom shell layers: 0
Alternate extra wall: Yes
Sparse infill density: 22%
Sparse infill pattern: Honeycomb
Sparse infill direction: 60 degrees
Ensure vertical shell thickness: None
.3mf file uploaded for convenience too if you don't want to do the above.
The resulting slice should look like this:
The author remixed this model.
Retained R2.1 extrusion mountings but modified the section with interfaces with the feet to be compatible with R1.x feet.
