These stamp cookie cutters are designed to easily cut out your cookies without having to fiddle with removing the cutter after cutting the cookie. The cookie cutters twist on to a convenient handle that you can use to more efficiently cut your cookies.
I've included screwless versions of the cookie cutters in case you don't want to mess with the stamp.
I've included a model of just the screw used to twist the cookie cutters into the stamp. You can make your own cutters or take cutters you already have and glue the screw onto them to make it compatible with the stamp. Here is some info about the screw size threading if you want to make your own.
Diameter: 50mm
Height: 10mm
Thread: Metric Tap, M24x3.0
Diameter: 3.5in
Depth: 0.5in
I used a variable layer height on the fillet edges to make it look better. 0.2mm everywhere else. I recommend printing the screwless versions and then gluing the screws onto them. This will remove the need for support material on the cutters. The stamp needs support material in the middle.
The detailing parts of the cutters are 4mm above the bottom. This means that the cookie dough should be > 4mm when cut. If the dough is too thin, the details wont show up. If its too thick, then removing the cutter will mangle the cookie. There is a fine balance somewhere between there. It depends on the dough temperature, stickiness, etc. so I would just keep trying until you find the right thickness.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
