This is a Case designed for a raspberry pi Zero, an NOIR camera module from Piomoroni and a 40mm 5V Fan.
For assembly you need:
4 screws M2,5 x 8 for the front plate assembly
4 screws M3 x 15 for the fan assembly
4 screws M2 x 12 for the camera assembly
The IR-LED are fixated with hot-glue or super-glue
The used PI Camera Module:

The 40mm 5V fan is recommended since the IR LED produces a lot of heat when running permanently. It also allows to overclock the pi-zero board without thermal problems. Heat sinks for the IR-LED and the PI ZERO cpu is recommended.
My camera is running the "motioneyeos" linux distribution as a operating system.

Additionaly I have added a simple reed-Relais to a GPIO pin to switch the IR-LED on and off via the web-browser using action-buttons
