I love how compact this case is but I'm a little concerned with how there are no ventilation holes for the IoT CM4 router board itself. Has anyone had any network slowdown issues or heat issues with the router board? How hot does the case get at the bottom when the network is maxing out? (edited)

Hey there :-)
Printed your case ... great case .. but how to attach the lid?
I used blu tack but doesn't feel too sturdy ;-)

@qse_9852 Hi, thanks :)
It's supposed to be a relatively tight friction fit..
The tolerances were tested on my prusa mini, which seems to slightly overextrude judging by how good your print looks :D

@Sev_198083 Well ... I didn't print it myself. It was a test object for me for an SLS printing service. It is printed from PA12 nylon on a Formlabs Fuse 1. Its price is so high that I could buy my car from it ... three times. It better has some good print quality ;)

modified slightly since I didn't have the correct standoffs

What are the dimensions of the brass standoffs?

15x2.5mm for the router pcb to the case. The small ones are 4mm and come with the waveshare cooler just like both sets of flat head screws. (edited)

What length screws did you use for the bottom side of the case to attache to the heat sink?

Its actually a brass standoff from the router board down. The screw heads of the cooler and the standoff face each other in the small gap between the cm4 and router board. I'll take a picture if needed.
