This nerf half dart grenade activates when you pop the cap, has a timer depending on the different barrels you use, and shoots darts in multiple directions using an internal spinning rod powered by rubber slingshot cord.

The time delay is determined by how tight the darts are in their ‘barrels’

Don't throw this *AT* people. This is a chunk of plastic, it will hurt.

Pros:

  • Not 40max/40wad, which are banned in some games, and just a pain to deal with
  • Extremely low hardware (only the elastic cord is needed)
  • Reusable
  • Adjustable time delay
  • Durable

Cons:

  • Only 9 darts
  • Not super strong
  • Radial firing pattern (disk shaped, not spherical)
  • Takes a bit of coordination to time it right

Hardware:

6mm ID, 9mm OD slingshot elastic (or similar). I specifically used this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07DL6JJZ2

Lube/oil/grease. Slug slym, Moose spit, whatever.

Print settings:

Knob top pin - 5 walls, 20% infill

Ejector outside/middle, rod stopper top, rod core - 100% infill

TPU skin: cap and cozy - 2 walls, 10% gyroid infill

Everything else - 3 walls, 15% infill
