This is a Remix of  https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2470470 major credits go there. I changed the screws from countersunk screws to cylinder cap screws and to threaded inserts instead of hex nuts.

Hex cap screws are easier to utilize and the threaded inserts make it more practical/durable as the normal nuts.

Handle is compatible with regular T-shaft jigsaws blades.

Additional hardware:

  • 2x M3 6mm hex cap screws (possibly screws can be a bit shorter or longer, you have to try out what you have)
  • 2x M3 4.8mm heat set inserts
  • jigsaw blade

Print instructions:

print as you like.

I used 4 perimeter with 15% honycomb infill. Made a color change from prusa jetblack PLA to 3djake glitter brown PLA for the 4 topmost layers to make it look a bit cool ;-)

I also used variable layer height to get smoothes results. Perhaps the new “fuzzy skin” feature in prusaslicer 2.4 for the finger parts could be nice, but I forgot to try it out ….

additional notes

I'm interested in your feedback to improve my stuff! So give me likes, post makes, comment and rate the print to show others and me how well it goes.
If you post a make, let me know which filament you use.

If you want to support me by donating a coffee go to https://ko-fi.com/antimaterie I would really happy about it. The money will be invested in all stuff regarding 3d printing to give more and better quality models.

In general my Prints are not for commercial use, but if you are a print farm owner and want to sell some of my stuff, please contact me.

Hope you enjoy my models.
