NOT FOR ROTOPAX, THIS IS FOR THE ROTOPAX CHEAP KNOCKOFF TANK.

Update Feb 20th 2020: I can say the print was fine and it fit like it should on my bike (picture will be posted soon), I removed the work in progress status from this because it work, but I'm continuing improving it.

Update Feb 18th 2020: still not good enough for the rod, testing another time.

Update Feb 16h 2020: finger groove on the top handle, and a cap to protect the rod from sticking out in the bag that could be strapped on top of the can, that cap will also hold the nut. rod hole is a little bigger too to compensate on printer calibration.

I have a precision rack on my wr250r and I needed a mount for a cheap jerrycan that you can buy bellow 40 $ (rotopax knockoff). the mount that usually come with the jerrycan is not that great to begin with (doesn't fit my rack).

I decided to learn fusion 360 (123d is discontinued so i had to learn something else) and build this from scratch while measuring the mount that come with the jerrycan.

you need to print TOP MOUNT, TOP HANDLE, TOP CAP and one of the BOTTOM MOUNT to be complete.

TOP CAP is a tight fit, I had to use a tool to press into the TOP HANDLE, but then the nut is secure and won't budge!

this required (with the precision rack)
1x threaded rod 3/8inch
3x 3/8 nuts
2x 3/8 washer
optional 2x 3/8 lock washer or locktite.

attach the rod to the rack using 2 nuts 2 washer and the threaded rod on the middle hole where the rotopax ready hole are. the peg on the bottom mount precision will fit in the 2 hole beside the rod. put the last nut into the top handle, put the jerrycan on top of the bottom mount, put the top mount, and turn the handle until it squeeze the jerrycan as much as you want.

the bottom mount precision rack is made specially for that rack, it won't fit anywhere else.

after some researching and looking at some universal rotopax mounting bracket, I decided to build the bottom mount universal (NOT TESTED) base on the measurement I had with my rack and I'm pretty sure this would work with anything rotopax ready.

this needed for the universal
1x 3/8 threaded rod
4x 3/8 bolt
7x 3/8nuts
2x 3/8washer
optional 2x 3/8 lockwasher or locktite

same principal as the precision rack except 4 bolt at each corner.
