I beefed up Obsessed's jig to eliminate model flex in case you are tightening the jig maybe more than you should for whatever reason. I also cut some “top hole reliefs” on the openings for the threaded insert from perfectly round to increase printing reliability, added fillets/chamfers because of OCD.

Model should be printed from PLA Pro/+/Impact Modified, etc., basically your flavor of upgraded PLA so it isn't so brittle. You can also print with PETG, ABS/ASA and probably others, I would just avoid standard PLA. I have also printed the model with carbon fiber PETG, which turned out extremely nice. I run Atomic brand carbon fiber PETG (USA made brand, good stuff) at NO cooling and 265c nozzle and the strength is incredible yet still PLA or less levels of stringing. At these settings, bridges aren't really good though, so be aware.

Of course this is for standard AR-15 5.56/.223/300 Blackout bolts. May or may not work with other calibers.

Recommended settings for all parts:

.15 layer height (for maximum layer bond goodness)

maximum temp for your filament w/o excess stringing, again for maximum strength

4 perimeters

25% infill

no supports

You can put a drop of super glue on the ears of the threaded insert to secure it to the jig, but that is completely optional. I can't fall out while in use.
