Here's my Spoolholder for Autorewind (THX for that greate THING ! https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3252111) which fit into IKEA Samla Boxes. To store the Filament in dry and dust save condition.
Included:
3-Spool-Version for a spoolwidth of 87mm (3 Spools in one IKEA SAMLA)
4-Spool-Version for a spoolwidth of 63mm (4 Spools in one IKEA SAMLA)
Spoolhub for this Version for Spools with a inner diameter of 53mm (eins3D Spools)
To guide the Filament out of the Boxes i will use 4mm Pneumatic couple. (to be designed, follows if i get the Pneumatic coupler)
For usage without SAMLA thers a FilamentGuide option included.
What you Need:
4x M3 min14mm Screws with Nuts
2x M3 countersunk bolt min 6mm with Nuts
2x M3 countersunk bolt min 6mm without Nuts (Filamentguide option)
2x Ballbearing 608 from the original Prusa MMU V2 Spoolholder
a AutoRewind Spoolhub (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3252111)
Included are a Spoolhubs (87mm and 63mm) for a spool inner diameter of 53mm (In use eins3D Filament Spools). Other diameters are creatable with this Thing https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3252111, or i can to this for you if you tell me the diameter). Config below.
You Need Special Axis for this spoolholder, but they are included too. Do not use the original axis !
For easyer tightening the screws of the Frame, there are little holes for the allen key.
UPDATE 02.01.2019
