Onefinity Chip Rail Guards @ MKE Gadgets #192
One at newest addition to my shop is my Onefinity CNC router.
The best part of a new tool in the shop is accessorize it. And that’s what today’s video is about, as a router bit spins and throws chips all over the place. And having to clean them off the rails after each cut can be time consuming, and sometimes you forget. The best way to solve. This problem is making some kind of chip guard. That is easy to make easier to install and use. I think I hit it in all cylinders. With a few pieces of hardware you already might have had a 3-D printed model. You are often running and then there’s cardboard that can be easily obtain a matter where you live. Enjoy please comment if you make this or if you have any improvements to my design always appreciated.
