ZYNtastic case for the Heltec v3

Inspired by my friend Z3R0, this case for the Heltec v3 meshtastic board fits inside of a ZYN can. With just enough room for the included antenna and a 750mAh battery (503048). The whole assembly can come out for charging or you could cut a hole for the usb-c charger and glue this in place. 

I recommend doing 2 wall thickness and about 20-50% infill to make the bottom a tab heavier. The lid may have trouble staying on if the tolerances are not perfect. Definitely requires supports. Route the antenna and the wires for the battery through the empty side. You may have to loop the antenna back over itself or even under the screen between the board depending on how long it is. This design is a mess of polygons and far from my best work, sorry about that lol.

Components:

• 1x Heltec v3 kit (includes necessary antenna and battery pigtail)
• 1x ZYNtastic Lid
• 1x ZYNtastic Body
• 1x 750mAh 503048 battery
• Super Glue

Assembly Instructions:

1. Clean your ZYN can with soap and water, being careful to dry the exterior stickers so they do not deteriorate.
2. Solder the appropriate battery pigtail (included with the Heltec kit) to your 503048 battery. Solder one side at a time to avoid shorting the battery and causing a fire. Use heat shrink tubing to protect the solder joints, keeping the overall length similar to the original pigtail.
3. Carefully cut away the heat shrink from your Haltec antenna using a pen knife, removing about ¼ to ⅓ of its total length. Gently fold the antenna back over without kinking or breaking it, as it’s quite fragile (the original heat shrink protects it). Secure the folded antenna with Super Glue to make it shorter without cutting it.
4. Insert the Heltec into your ZYNtastic Body.
5. Place the antenna in the open cavity in the ZYNtastic Body, with the bent portion of the antenna facing outward, then run the wire over to connect it to the Heltec.
6. Attach the antenna connector, looping the wire around the screen if necessary to take up any extra length.
7. Connect the battery to the Heltec and position the battery securely. Ensure the Haltec is correctly aligned by attaching the ZYNtastic Lid, then place the battery flush and secure it with Super Glue.
8. Once dry, insert the completed ZYNtastic Body into the ZYN can, and add the ZYNtastic Lid and the ZYN can lid.
   
    

The entire file is pretty much reworked aside from using the measurements from this file and the face plate.
