Updated 6/6/2016: Deepened the nut sockets that interface with the 1" pipe holes to allow for full clearance. This should make it easier to assemble.
I printed a couple of these, but found that the washers I had on-hand weren't quite the right size. It seemed like a simple fix to add some standoffs to support the centerof the bearings.
After a 12-step program to convert this from Geomagic Design to step file, I managed to import to OnShape and make the changes.
