A simple, sleek stand to raise the Google Nest Hub to a more usable height. It also has a very gentle angle to tilt the hub screen slightly forward but not enough to make the screen vertical while it is in the stand.
This stand also has recessed holes for the ability to add rubber feet, but they are not necessary for this to work as I intended.
I didn't want a stand that mounted under the cabinet, and I didn't want a stand that made the screen face flat forward and vertical. This design gave me exactly what I wanted, but I wanted to share it with others.
The hub fits perfectly into the holder, and the holder follows the existing curves of the base of the device. A wonderful addition to those who can't (or don't want to) do permanent changes to their space, but want something more than just the Hub itself.
Print Settings
I printed this on my Creality Ender 3 v2 with ELEGOO PLA White and the result was honestly really good! My settings:
The print time for me was about 13 hours, which was kind of surprising to me. But it must have been because of the top layers with the gentle slope.
I had a lot of fun desiging and printing this, and it replaced an ugly box that it was sitting on top of before. I hope someone else can enjoy it as well!
