This is an eyepiece lens cap for an Opticron 8x42 BGA monocular.
The rubber cap supplied with this monocular is very easy to knock off or misplace as it sticks out from the body of the monocular and has no retention mechanism; this print is a complete replacement. It was designed to fit snugly around the eyepiece and meet the machined step in the monocular body, making it difficult to remove accidentally, in addition a small lanyard hole is built in to allow the cap to be retained when removed.
Printed at 0.15mm layer height in Prusament PETG Jet Black, no supports needed.
