Hello!
For a project i needed an enclosure for a breadboard and arduino uno. I made it so you can fit on different objects of your liking. with holes on the side!
You will need for this project.
- 4x m3x10 bolt ( you will need to cut them down to 7 mm )
- 4x m3 nut
- 4x m3 bolt in what lenght you will need for your project
- small flathead screwdriver
- lighter
- 3d printer
Printer settings
- layer heigt :0,3 mm ( i like fast prints haha, can use finer settings)
- Material: PLA (can use other materials of course)
- support: Yes (watch were it puts the support en remove the supports close to the walls)
- Heated bed: Yes
Install
After your print is finished follow these steps
- Remove your supports.
- grab a nut heat it with a lighter.
- Press fit the four nuts in the pre made hexagon holes until flush with the material.
- Saw the 4 m3x10 bolts to size using a metal saw.
- Sand down the metal burr.
- install the arduino uno (use the picture as reference)
- intall the breadboard bij press fit it in the other side of the mount.
- if you need it you can use the other m3 holes to mount it to stuff of your liking.
and you are done!
