For a project i needed an enclosure for a breadboard and arduino uno. I made it so you can fit on different objects of your liking. with holes on the side!

You will need for this project.

  • 4x m3x10 bolt ( you will need to cut them down to 7 mm )
  • 4x m3 nut
  • 4x m3 bolt in what lenght you will need for your project
  • small flathead screwdriver
  • lighter
  • 3d printer

Printer settings

  • layer heigt :0,3 mm ( i like fast prints haha, can use finer settings)
  • Material: PLA (can use other materials of course)
  • support: Yes (watch were it puts the support en remove the supports close to the walls)
  • Heated bed: Yes

Install

After your print is finished follow these steps

  • Remove your supports.
  • grab a nut heat it with a lighter.
  • Press fit the four nuts in the pre made hexagon holes until flush with the material.
  • Saw the 4 m3x10 bolts to size using a metal saw.
  • Sand down the metal burr.
  • install the arduino uno (use the picture as reference)
  • intall the breadboard bij press fit it in the other side of the mount.
  • if you need it you can use the other m3 holes to mount it to stuff of your liking.

and you are done!
