The LDO voron kit comes with a BTT-pi TFT43 touchscreen and a mount for it.
With a 2cm-thick clicky-clack door, the screen needs a deeper mount - this is the stock “thick” mount (and the model by rchamp uses the same depth, but adds a nice slope on the top to make it easier to close the door).
But with a doorbuffer on top of that, it goes 2cm further, and that “thick” mount is no longer thick enough.
Enters this remix: it further extends the mount by 2cm to keep the screen in a comfortable location.
Print on its back. Should be fine without supports.
It won't be exposed to high temperature, only light pressure when you're using the touchscreen. I used ASA but any material would be fine. I used a 0.4mm nozzle (there are a few thin walls and this helps), 0.2mm layers (for nice smooth curves), 3 perimeters and 12% gyroid infill.
You'll need an allen key long enough to tighten the screws through the longer holes now, but it shouldn't be too hard.
This was designed on onshape: onshape link.
The author remixed this model.
Added 2cm extra depth to account for a doorbuffer for StealthChanger.
Added hexagons on the exterior.
