I fixed the model such that it the inside of the model is filled.  Then split off the head and body and added a key so they are easy to glue together. 

I printed with the maximum resolution of the printer at 2.5 mm nozzle width and 0.05 mm layer height. 

Filled in the inside and split the model into a base, body and head
