*** Update December 2023 ***
I've tweaked a few of the pieces to improve the fit. Everything now fits together easily, straight off the build plate, with a little bit of friction to hold everything together, but no sanding required to get the pieces to fit.
Tested with some eSun Almond Yellow matte PLA (see cover photo), with the default ‘Generic PLA’ and ‘0.20mm SPEED’ settings on a Prusa MK4, with a 0.4mm nozzle.
This is a copy of a wooden puzzle toy that I've owned since the late 60s or early 70s. Print the pieces out, assemble them into a pig.
There are STL files to allow you to print the complete model, or just the base, the middle layer, the top layer, or the legs.
Easy to print, no particular special settings. Only the ears and the nose have a small amount of overhang, but this is easily printable without supports.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
