A minimal open-frame case for Micro-ATX motherboards. Designed to serve as the base for hardware testing rigs as seen here:

It should be compatible with any Micro-ATX motherboard and SFX PSU. The ones in the photo are:

For one frame, you need 1200 mm of 2020 aluminum extrusion, cut into the following lengths:

2 x 260.00 mm
2 x 203.80 mm
2 x 134.94 mm

Joining the profiles can be done in several ways. I've used the method outlined in this video. The Guides.3mf file includes models to help with accurately positioning the 73.00 mm and 22.51 mm through-holes.

The remaining 3D parts are attached to the frame with M3x10 and M4x10 hex screws. For the motherboard standoffs you will need M3x16 screws. On the receiving end are M3 and M4 T-Nuts.

For the power and reset buttons I used these red and white buttons. An UTP cable is convenient as it has the exact number of strands for all front panel pins (power sw, reset sw, power led and hdd led).

All parts printed in PETG with a 0.6 mm nozzle and 3 perimeters.
