Dummy 13 Case with accessories box and display stand adapter - Fully customizable in the spreadsheet

• Wall thickness 2 mm, strong enough for a case and faster to print
• Dummy Case depth 25 mm
• Toolbox depth option, Short 25mm, Medium 30mm, Tall 52mm 
• Simplify Slot lock design
• 0.2 mm clearance have enough friction

• using Variable Set instead of Spreadsheet
• wall thickness 4 mm
• Slot lock between case and cover (you can print the lock pin or using magnet with 2 mm thickness and maximum 10 mm diameter / length (round or square). if using magnet you might to glue it.
• separate FreeCAD file between the cover and the case (the hexagonal pattern on the cover requiring more resource to open)
• STEP and 3mf file added.

If you already printed the initial version, I've uploaded the cover fix at V0 folder

Beware - Printed and I'm dislike it, so im deleting the stl and 3mf.

Love the Dummy 13 and its such fun to learn parametric modelling.

The case is stackable, you can print as many as you want and customize it as you want.

You can also customize the text written to it (you might want to learn Freecad a little bit)

Customizing

• Modelling software using FreeCAD
• For the font I used Goma Stencil Font
• You can customize the box thickness, box depth, width tall and others by just simply editing the Spreadsheet.

You might need a little powerful computer though to recalculate the parameters. on my old computer it take some pauses after I change the parameter :)))

Any suggestion for parametric modelling is appreciated as I want to learn more bout it.

Models:

• Box Dummy
• Box Tools
• Cover
• Box Pin (use it to clip side by side between boxes)
• Stand Base Pin (to use the box with “Simple Display Stand” arm)

Printing:

• For Dummy Box and tool box, bottom facing the plate, no support, skirt adhesion 
• For the Cover, rotate it, the top side is facing the plate. skirt adhesion
• The Stand Base pin is a bit tricky to print. use brim for support adhesion if you place the bottom facing the plate or use support if you print it sideways
• Print the boxes and the pin in one plate, the stand base on another plate

going to create some more cover alternatives (<s>hinge door</s>, alternate pattern and else) so follow me
